Southern California Edison’s Devers substation requires an expansion of its office building to meet future demand. Due to the hot and dry desert climate, the design team has incorporated an additional layer of exterior screening to safeguard the building. This yellow screen not only reduces heat impact but also delineates the entrance and elevates the building's exterior aesthetics.
