This schematic design presents four phases for the development of a community center in La Canada Flintridge. The plan features several classroom and game rooms, a kitchen, a multipurpose room, a boardroom, offices, a teaching kitchen, and a spacious assembly room.

The design includes a bridge that connects the Phase 2 and Phase 3 buildings. The exterior features wood and stone, conveying a sense of stability and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the public.
