This project in Newport Beach involves a complete "re-skin" of an existing 32,860 square foot, two-story medical office that includes a surgery center. It encompasses a full facade renovation and accessibility improvements for both the site and the public areas within the building, which was originally constructed in 1964 by Richard H. Dodd. The main lobby renovation features a circular staircase, enhanced with a glass guardrail, stainless-steel handrails, and a terrazzo tile finish on the treads. The ceiling heights have been redesigned to create an open atmosphere, while large format, stacked terrazzo tile flows seamlessly from the elevated exterior plaza into the lobby and south entrance, ensuring a cohesive design between the interior and exterior.
